Haze Straight Buy is committed to providing best customer experience shopping with us. We want you to be satisfied with your order and we try to make every effort to ensure customer satisfaction. While we try extremely hard to address your concerns to the best of our ability, resolution does not always result in replacement or refund. We handle returns, refunds, and limited warranties on a case-by-case scenario with the objective of making our customers satisfied with their purchase from us. We are limited by the policies of our suppliers and manufacturers. Our own policies must reflect these limitations. All shipping and handling charges as well as other additional charges incurred by the customer or us during the original purchase are non-refundable or eligible for credit.

A. Limited Warranty
We offer a 30-day limited warranty (“Warranty”) on hardware sold on our website. The warranty covers these items for defects that come from the manufacturing process and does not cover these items for issues that come from normal wear and tear, use and abuse, or for issues that arise from the improper operation of these items. Some of the products we offer do not come with a warranty from the manufacture. Claims will only be processed if the merchandise is within the warranty period. Please see below for additional details.
If you would like to inquire about a warranty claim, please contact our returns department by email atOrder@HazeStraightBuy.com. Please provide your Order #, Full Name, Address, Phone Number, a thorough description of the problem. Please note that we may request for you to email photos and/or a video of damaged or defective merchandise prior to sending the items back.
We will respond to your email within 24 hours with instructions for the return. It is required for the defective product to be returned and you will be responsible for the shipping charges to us and must include a Haze Straight Buy issued RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) written on the outside of the package, sent prepaid and properly packaged for safe shipment (postmarked within the 30-day period of original purchase). Our returns department will NOT, under any circumstances, accept packages that do not have an RMA number on them. Replacements will be shipped out by USPS First Class Mail after we receive the defective item back at our facility.
Limited Warranty is defined as the serviceable life of the product in question. This is defined as the period during which all components are available. Should the product be determined to be irreparable, Haze Straight Buy reserves the right to substitute the defective product with an equivalent if available, or to retract the Warranty if there is no replacement available.
In no way, under any circumstances, will Haze Straight Buy be held liable in any way for damages that may include circumstances including loss of pleasure, loss of enjoyment, loss of savings, or any other obscure, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use, or inability to use such products.
The 30-Day Limited Warranty excludes coverage for damage resulting from accidents, abuse, disassembly, customized modification, or user-error. Furthermore, consequential, and incidental damages are not covered under this warranty.
Types of products not covered under our 30-Day Limited Warranty:
- Atomizers – such as RDA, RTA, and Tanks
- Disposable Vape
- Replacement Pods
- Replacement Coils
- Replacement Glass
- Spare Parts – Drip Tips, Glasses, O-Rings
- Rechargeable Batteries
Some manufacturers do require the warranty card that is included in the package in order to process the warranty service. Please do not dispose of the packaging contents immediately.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Some products may have a warranty / serial number sticker. Please do NOT remove this sticker. If removed, your warranty will be voided. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Return Shipping Costs
Customer assumes responsibility and all costs in shipping items back to us for warranty exchanges and we will assume the cost in shipping the replacement/s.
The above warranty is the only warranty authorized, in any way, by Haze Straight Buy.
We gladly accept returns of unopened, unused, undamaged, or defective items purchased on our website for a refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase (product issues not declared during this 30-day window are not entitled to a refund). All shipping and handling charges as well as other additional charges incurred by the customer or us during the original purchase are non-refundable or eligible for credit.

We will respond to your email within 24 hours. If the return is approved, you will receive an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) and further directions on shipping the item(s) back to us. It is required for the returned product to be returned and you will be responsible for the shipping charges to us and must include a Haze Straight Buy issued RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) written on the outside of the package, sent prepaid and properly packaged for safe shipment(postmarked within the 30-day period of original purchase). Our returns department will NOT, under any circumstances, accept packages that do not have an RMA number on them. Any refund, store credit, or replacement will be issued once the return has been received and processed. It takes generally between 5-10 business days for the processing of refunds. Once a return is processed, it is possible for it take up to one billing cycle for this return to be posted to your account, depending on your financial institution.
Haze Straight Buy does not accept returns on e-liquid for any reason. If you have received a bottle of e-liquid in the wrong flavor, nicotine level, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item and we will gladly assist you.
For sanitary and safety purposes, the following items are NON-RETURNABLE if opened or used:
- Atomizers – such as RDAs, RTAs, RDTAs, and Tanks
- Replacement Coils
- Replacement Pods
- Replacement Glass
- Drip Tips
- Spare Parts – Glasses, O-Rings
- Rechargeable Batteries
A 15% return processing fee will be deducted from your refunded total if:
- Returns are opened and/or non-defective.
- Returns show signs of physical damage or user error that could have caused the defect.
- Returns that are not cleaned and emptied prior to return.
- Defect reason is not present upon return evaluation or is solved with simple troubleshooting steps.
Dead on Arrival (DOA)
All “Dead on Arrivals” (DOA), Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Item claims must be reported back to us within 48 hours from the time of delivery. Return shipping is not pre-paid and can be returned either by USPS first class mail or by flat rate priority padded envelope. Once the item is inspected and deemed to be a manufacturing defect original shipping cost will be refunded to your account. Please inspect your items carefully upon receiving it, it is your responsibility to check within the time span and notify us of any problem. Minor scratches, cosmetic issues, and discoloration are considered normal wear and tear and is not covered by warranty.
DOA returns must be returned in unused condition with no signs of wear and tear. Items returned that do not meet the criteria will be rejected (scratched, signs of abuse/misuse). Once the item has been received and approved, a replacement item will be shipped out to you.
Unopened, unused items may be eligible for exchange in the form of store credit. Eligible products in unopened, unused condition may be returned at any time within the 30 days of original purchase. The items must be in new condition. Return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer. Items returned in unacceptable condition will be held without refund and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense. The cost of the initial shipping charge incurred by the customer during the original purchase is not eligible for refund or credit at any time.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer will be responsible for return shipping charges for returns. Once we receive the items and approve the return, we will bear the shipping costs for the replacement items or issue the payments of the product if it is for a refund. All shipping and handling charges as well as other additional charges incurred by the customer or us during the original purchase are nonrefundable or eligible for credit.
Refund may be issued back to the original payment (Credit card, debit card, etc.) or as store credit. Haze Straight Buy is not responsible for refunds to a Prepaid Card in the event the cardholder no longer has possession of. All shipping and handling charges as well as other additional charges incurred by the customer or us during the original purchase are nonrefundable or eligible for credit.
We do not guarantee compatibility between products or that our parts are compatible with those of other manufacturers or suppliers. If you have any questions about compatibility, please do your research or send us a question before placing your order. We will not accept returns due to incompatibility.
All Pre-Order product sales are final and cannot be refunded. We offer pre-ordering as a service to our members, to ensure they can get the newest products released. ETAs are estimated, there could be delays in manufacturing, we do not guarantee any dates of arrival or shipment due to this.
Clearance / Promotional
Due to the nature of these products, they are listed as final sale and are not covered by warranty and cannot be exchanged or refunded. All “Dead on Arrivals” (DOA) issues must be reported within 48 hours upon delivery. All clearance items are limited to replacement or store credit only.
Wrong Item Received
In the unlikely event that you should receive an item that is not what you ordered. Please contact our returns department by email at Order@HazeStraightBuy.com. Please provide your Order #, Full Name, Address, Phone Number, a thorough description of the problem.
We will respond to your email within 24 hours. Customer service will issue an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization), a prepaid return label, and further directions on shipping the item(s) back to us. This is sent to the email address on your account for you to print out and affix to your return package.
It is required for the returned product to be returned and must include a Haze Straight Buy issued RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) written on the outside of the package, and properly packaged for safe shipment.
Once the item is received and processed, the correct item will be shipped out to you. All wrong items must be returned unopened. If the item is opened, it will not be accepted for return.
We will not accept a return and/or exchange for an item if you have opened the item, tested the item, tampered with the item, etc. This includes items that have been tested and “cleaned”. If we find that the item received is not in new, unused, undamaged, resalable, and in brand new condition, we will notify you and will ship/return the item back to you at your shipping expense only (meaning if you pay the return shipping the item will be returned.) Items received that are not in new, unused, undamaged, resalable, and in brand new condition in which the customer refuses to pay for the return shipping within 30 (thirty) days of us receiving it will be considered abandoned and discarded.
We strictly DO NOT accept CODs or third-party billing for merchandise which has been returned. As stated, prior, shipping and handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
If you decide to return a product and originally received free shipping, you will be responsible for the shipping cost associated with initial delivery. For example, if you received free shipping, but it cost us $14.99 to ship the product to you, we will deduct $14.99 from your refund. This may be higher or lower depending on the weight. All shipping and handling charges as well as other additional charges incurred by the customer or us during the original purchase are nonrefundable or eligible for credit.
Note: Atomizers such as Tanks, RDAs, RTAs, RDTAs, and pod systems purchased on our website are intended only for use with e-liquids. Any use of cannabis oil, cannabis-based substances, CBD oil, or similar liquids will void any warranty on our products, and we will not accept it for a return.
Have a Retail Store Purchase Return?
Retail store purchases must be returned to the store location where originally purchased.
Items ordered online cannot be returned or exchanged at a Haze Straight Buy store.
Haze Straight Buy accepts warranty, returns, refunds, and exchanges on certain devices offered on this website.
NOTE: You must return all accessories and product component parts. If the returned unit is determined to be operating normally upon inspection, we will need to ship the same unit back at the customer’s expense. Returns will not be processed if the conditions of our Warranty/Return/Refund Policy are not fully met.
