Prices for Membership Fee may change at any time, and Haze Straight Buy does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering. You agree to pay for any Membership Fee that you registered for. Haze Straight Buy will charge your credit card or other form of payment in the digital wallet for the price listed on the relevant Membership, ($19.99Recurring Monthly Membership Fee is currently $19.99+tax per month, $9.99 Recurring Monthly Membership Fee is currently $9.99+tax per month, and covers a 30-day period from the date of enrollment and payment of Monthly Membership Fee or Recurring Annual Membership Fee is currently $199.00+tax per year, and covers a 12-month period beginning on the date of enrollment and payment of Annual Membership Fee.) along with any additional amounts relating to applicable taxes, shipping, handling,adult signature restricted delivery, bank fees and currency fluctuations. If you purchase any automatically recurring Membership Fee, you agree that Haze Straight Buy will charge the payment method on file on the first day of each billing period for the relevant Membership.

If the card or payment method, we have on file for you that was used to pay for the membership fee is declined, or becomes invalid, we will attempt to process your charge one time. If we are unable to charge the card or payment method, Haze Straight Buy reserves the right to immediately revoke your access to any Membership you have ordered until you update your payment method. If you provide us with a new card and are successfully charged, your membership period will be based on the original sign-up date and not the date of the successful charge. If you received your membership as a gift, please provide us your credit card or debit card through My Account at HazeStraightBuy.com,or HazeMembers.com so that we will be able to process your renewal payment, otherwise your membership will be canceled at the end of your membership period.

We, and our third-party payment service providers, may request and receive, updated credit card information from your credit card issuer, such as updated card numbers and expiration date information when your credit card has expired. If such updated information is provided to us and our third-party payment service providers, we will update your account information accordingly, and will use such updated information to process payments for your future purchases and subscriptions. Your credit card issuer may give you the right to opt out of providing vendors and third-party payment service providers with your updated credit card information. If you wish to opt out of your credit card’s updating service, you should contact your credit card issuer directly.

We are not responsible for any fees or charges that your bank or credit card issuer may apply. If your bank or credit card issuer reverses a charge to your credit card, we may bill your account directly and seek payment through another method, including a mailed statement.

The risk of loss and title for items purchased by you through our site are passed to you upon our delivery of the items to recipient or shipping carrier. Replacement of products or credits to your account for shipped merchandise claimed by you as not received are subject to our investigation. The act of creating an account with HazeStraightBuy Membership and associating a debit card as your payment method represents the authentication of the foregoing written authorization pursuant to the U.S. ESIGN Act.

You have the right to cancel your Membership at any time. To cancel your membership, please access your Manage Membership page. Alternatively, you may send an email to Members@hazestraightbuy.com with your full name, phone number, member identification number, and e-mail address and identify the nature of your request.Haze Straight Buy will immediately terminate the Membership and the user’s access to Member Benefits.

At the time of account or membership cancellation, Haze Straight Buy may provide membership fee refunds at its sole discretion, pursuant to Terms and Conditions, Membership Terms, if you did not use your Membership benefits for an in store or site purchase: (a) you shall be eligible for a full refund of your membership fee if you cancel during the first month (30) days of Membership Terms (new or renewal); (b) if you have an annual membership, you shall not, absent extenuating circumstances (determined at Haze Straight Buy’s sole discretion) be eligible for a refund of your membership fee after the conclusion of the first month; and (c‌) if you have a monthly membership, you will not be eligible for a membership fee refund. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you have previously been a Haze Straight Buy member, you will not be eligible for a membership fee refund. Any refund will be processed in 3-5 business days.

Membership fees paid are final and nonrefundable, unless otherwise determined by Haze Straight Buy. If Haze Straight Buy reasonably determines that a user has violated these Membership Terms or Terms and Conditions, Haze Straight Buy may immediately terminate the Membership and the user’s access to Member Benefits without notice and without refund. Your Use Of The Membership Must Be Only For Personal, Non-Commercial Use. You Agree Not To Use Any Membership, In Whole Or In Part In Connection With Any Public Presentation Even If No Fee Is Charged (Except Where Such Use Would Not Constitute A Copyright Infringement). You Are Receiving A Non-Exclusive License To Access The Membership And All Rights, Title And Interest In The Membership (Including Any Content Offered Through The Membership) Not Expressly Granted To You In These Membership Terms Are Reserved By Haze Straight Buy And Its Licensors. If Haze Straight Buy Reasonably Determines That You Violated Any Part Of The Membership Terms, Your Rights Under This Section Will Immediately Terminate And Haze Straight Buy May Terminate Your Access To The Membership And/Or Your Haze Straight Buy Account Without Notice And Without Refund To You. Upon The Effective Date Of Any Such Termination, Haze Straight Buy Will Stop Billing You For The Membership Fee.

7. Restrictions

When you use the Membership, you may not (or attempt to):

use any part of the Membership in an illegal manner or for an illegal purpose;
share your Haze Straight Buy account password with someone else to allow them to access any part of the Membership that such person did not order;
copy, sell, rent, or sublicense the Membership to any third party;
register more than one account;
circumvent, reverse-engineer, modify, disable, or otherwise tamper with any security technology that Haze Straight Buy or any third party uses to protect the Membership or encourage or help anyone else to do so;
access the Membership other than by means authorized by Haze Straight Buy; or
remove any legal notices or labels on Membership;

present any false, inaccurate, or misleading information in an effort to misrepresent your location or place of residence, and you will not attempt to circumvent any restrictions on access to or availability of the Membership or content available within the Membership.

8. Changes or Discontinuation of Membership

Haze Straight Buy reserves the right to change the availability of Membership. In addition, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Membership with or without notice to you and we will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modifications, suspension, or termination.

9. Removal or Unavailability of Content

In certain cases, product available within a Membership may become unavailable due to restrictions from our vendors or other legal or policy reasons. Haze Straight Buy will have no liability to you for any such unavailability.

10. Changes to the Membership Terms

We may change these Membership Terms from time to time so Haze Straight Buy encourages you to periodically review the most up-to-date version of these Membership Terms each time you visit the Site. If you refuse to accept the updated Membership Terms, then Haze Straight Buy reserves its right to discontinue your use of the Membership.

By using the Membership, you consent to receiving communications from us including marketing communications such as newsletters about HazeStraightBuy, features and content, special offers, promotional announcements, and customer surveys, to your registered email address, account dashboard, or via other methods.

12. Gift Memberships

“Gift Memberships” are pre-paid memberships to Haze Straight Buy Membership, active upon payment of a first installment, and subject to these Membership Terms. Each Recipient must agree to these Membership Terms upon registering of their Gift Membership.

The entire purchase price for the Gift Membership is due at the time of purchase. Payment of the purchase price may be made by any method of payment accepted by Haze Straight Buy at time of purchase. By purchasing a Gift Membership, the Purchaser authorizes Haze Straight Buy to charge the purchase price to the payment method provided. The purchase of a Gift Membership will result in the generation of a unique code (“Access Code”) that will allow Recipient to receive HazeStraightBuy Membership. The Recipient will receive the Gift Membership (including Access Code) by email through Haze Straight Buy.

Haze Straight Buy is not responsible and assumes no liability for non-delivery of a Gift Membership email due to an invalid email address, spam filters, or any other reason. The Purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring the Access Code is received by the Recipient. The Purchaser is not entitled to a refund or credit for Gift Memberships that are not registered. The Purchaser may not transfer a single Gift Membership to more than one Recipient. Haze Straight Buy is not responsible if the Access Code is lost, stolen, or used without permission.

Recipients may begin to use their valid Gift Memberships at time of purchase by using the Access Code. Once entered, the Access Code will be void and cannot be used again. In order to use the Gift Membership, Recipients must have a HazeStraightBuy.com, or HazeMembers.com account or create one (which includes supplying an email address to Haze Straight Buy).

Gift Memberships begin available on the date of activation and shall expire (30) days or one year from purchase. For a Recipient who has an existing Haze Straight Buy membership, they must first cancel their existing Haze Straight Buy Membership by emailing a cancellation request to Members@HazeStraightBuy.com, and then use the Access Code to activate a new HazeStraightBuy Membership.

Recipient may cancel their Gift Membership at any time following registration. There is no refund or credit for partially used periods. Gift Memberships may not be redeemed or refunded for cash or combined with any other promotional offers or incentives.

13. Limitation of Liability

IN ADDITION TO OTHER LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS IN HAZE STRAIGHT BUY, LLCTERMS AND CONDITIONS, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, WILL NOT EXCEED THE LAST MEMBERSHIP FEE YOU PAID. THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY WILL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND WILL SURVIVE CANCELLATION OR TERMINATION OF YOUR HAZESTRAIGHTBUY MEMBERSHIP
