Haze Straight Buy cannot ship vape products at this time.

Haze Straight Buy strives to process and dispatch orders out as quickly as possible. Our processing warehouse hours are Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 8 PM Central Standard Time (Closed on national U.S.A. holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays.)

A. Order Processing

Haze Straight Buy makes every effort to process your order quickly.

Packages are generally dispatched within 1-3 business days of receipt of payment, with most orders sent to the delivery courier (USPS or UPS) within 24 business hours. Unless an order is placed on hold due to an item out of stock, additional order information needed, age verification incomplete, or payment requiring additional verification information, in which case you will be notified. If you place your order over the weekend (Saturday through Sunday), please allow extra time to process your order.

We pack all shipments Monday through Friday (major holidays excluded). We do work occasional holidays to ensure timely dispatch of packages. Orders packaged on these days may or may not be picked up by the courier depending on their holiday or weekend schedule. Your order will continue processing the following business day.

Tracking will be automatically emailed to the email on the order to showcase that the package is ready for shipment and sent to USPS or UPS for shipping deliveries.

Please Note: Shipping is a separate service provided by the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS).

Haze Straight Buy is required by law and committed to preventing sales to anyone under the legal purchasing age of twenty-one (21) for all orders and purchases in Haze Straight Buy store(s) and on HazeStraightBuy.com website. Identity and age verification are required to meet the FDA guideline requirements and other state specific legislation that regulates the online sale of tobacco, vapor, and other age restricted products.

Products offered are intended only for mature adult consumers, and we are committed to ensuring trust in every sale; therefore, we do not sell our products to anyone under twenty-one years of age (21) the legal smoking age. To substantiate your identity and confirm that you are your legal smoking age or older, we utilize a non-affiliated, third-party company called AgeChecker.Net (“Age Verification Policy”). Age verification is required by the FDA and many state laws.

NO ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED UNTIL AGE VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. IF YOU ARE NOT APPROVED AND YOUR AGE CANNOT BE VERIFIED, YOUR ORDER WILL NOT GO THROUGH.

All fraudulent orders may be reported to the local authorities within your vicinity.

Restriction of Minors

Haze Straight Buy, HazeMembers.com, and HazeStraightBuy.com is intended only for mature consumers legal age of 21 years or older (“Adult”). By accessing, using this Site(s), or entering our store(s), you represent and confirm that you are legal age of 21 years or older. Haze Straight Buy’s company intentions are to not appeal, sell, market, advertise, or promote its products to youth. Because we abide by Tobacco 21 and are profoundly serious about reducing the number of adolescents and young adults who start using e-cigarettes, you will be denied access to and use of the Site(s) if we suspect or determine that you are not an Adult. C. Adult Signature Restricted Delivery (21+) Fee

State Rules and Regulations that require all orders must be shipped using third party age verification and Adult Signature Restricted Delivery (21+) will only be shipped under the purchasers’ name. To receive this package, the recipient must be 21 years of age and present upon delivery with valid ID to accept the package, please keep this in mind when providing your ship to address.                                             We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes within any of the States that require an Adult Signature Restricted Delivery.

Priority Mail (2-3 business days) Flat Rate Shipping Fee of $14.99for Adult Signature Restricted Delivery (21+) States. Undelivered packages are not the responsibility of Haze Straight Buy, and any problems arising from packages not received must be resolved by the purchaser and the shipping carrier in use.

Adult Signature Restricted Delivery (21+) shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are only applied to items that are returned to our warehouse. If the return of your package incurred any type of return fees, those charges will be deducted from your refund for the returned items.

Please Note: The Adult Signature Restricted Delivery Service is not available for P.O. Box addresses.

D. Shipping Restrictions

Several States and Cities have enacted Rules and Regulations that have banned certain products on our website to be sold or shipped to specific states.

We currently cannot ship any vape products.

We will update the shipping policy in the future when any change is made. We apologize for this inconvenience and greatly appreciate your ongoing support.

E. Domestic Shipping

We ship to all U.S. states and U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S Virgin Islands, APO and FPO addresses)whose local legislation permits the shipment of tobacco products.

USPS (UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE)

USPS orders are processed Monday-Friday. All shipping methods are in business days (Monday-Friday).  USPS orders may be reviewed for accuracy and security. U.S.P.S. shipping options do not have a guaranteed delivery window; we will not be able to refund any shipping costs if the package is not delivered within this time frame. USPS transit times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed.

USP (United Parcel Service)

USP orders are processed Monday-Friday. All shipping methods are in business days (Monday-Friday).  USP orders may be reviewed for accuracy and security. U.P.S. shipping options do not have a guaranteed delivery window; we will not be able to refund any shipping costs. UPS transit times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. USP does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Any and all orders shipped Next Day Air will include a fee that is paid directly to UPS for Adult Signature service.

UPS Next Day Air Saver* (1 business day) – Flat Rate of $49.99

*Next-day delivery between 3:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. to commercial addresses and same-day delivery to residential addresses.

Delivery to P.O. boxes is not available.

APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses may take up to 14 Days in transit.

Shipping times are from the time that the order is shipped and does not include processing time. We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 days of being placed, but processing times may vary during busy times, especially where manual age verification is required.

F. International Orders

All international buyers must make sure they are fully aware of their country’s customs and importation laws. Please contact your local government health agency for more information on prohibited items.

Haze Straight Buy is not responsible for any items or packages that are held, delayed, seized, refused, and/or stopped by any appropriate jurisdiction and/or authority. Customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerages fees, etc.) may be charged upon delivery and/or required to obtain your order. Customs Fees are not included in purchase price and/or in your shipping charges. All duties, VAT, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Haze Straight Buy has no way of estimating customs fees, taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerages fees, we do not have this information. Please contact your local customs office if you need to know more.

Haze Straight Buy holds no responsibility for international orders once they leave our facility. We will not alter Custom documents, nor packaging labels, or mislabel the items being shipped in order to avoid potential rejection by your country’s customs department.

All products sold are listed in US Dollars and will not be automatically converted into your local currency. Haze Straight Buy is not responsible for any conversion fees associated with international orders.

We currently do not ship to Russia, Ukraine, Greece, Brazil, Singapore, Indonesia, India, Malaysia and more. (If you do not see your country during the checkout process, we are unable to ship to that country)

International Shipping is a separate service provided by the United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) and we are not responsible for any shipment showing delivered but are claimed to be not received by you.

Priority Mail orders are delivered with an estimated time (also not guaranteed) of 6-10 business days from the shipping date. Shipping Rates for USPS Priority Mail International are based on weight. Priority Mail International starts at $26.90 USD.

All International Orders are provided a USPS tracking number, however tracking information may not be available after packages leave the United States of America.

Furthermore, we cannot be held liable for any damages or lost items due to shipping errors which are beyond our control.

Delivery to Freight Forwarder and Hand Carry

International customers choosing to ship orders with a freight forwarder or hand-carrying service, all Warranty, Returns, Refunds, and guarantees are voided once the package arrives undamaged at the service address.

G. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address you used to place your order – if you don’t see it, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Please do not be alarmed if tracking information is not updated for few days. Tracking information may not be updated until your package has reached your local USPS sorting facility, transit location, or post office.

USPS and UPS offer speedy and reliable service at a low cost. However, they can and will occasionally make the mistake of mis-routing a package. Unfortunately, these errors are out of our control and Haze Straight Buy is not responsible for errors or delays by USPS or UPS. Errors or delays must be resolved by contacting the information below.

H. Back Orders

If an item is on backorder, we will ship the other items from your order that are in-stock. Once the backordered item becomes available, we will notify you via email and will ship the product out immediately. You will not be charged any shipping fees for the shipment of the backordered product.

I. Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions

The buyer is responsible to provide an address that the carriers recognize as a deliverable address. Erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. Haze Straight Buy is not responsible for any or all costs associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions entered by the user.

Please verify the shipping address is correct during checkout, prior to placing your order. Once a package has been marked as shipped, there is no way to change the shipping address. The shipping address you provided during checkout is the shipping address your order will be shipped to. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order.

J. Lost & Undelivered Packages

Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of Haze Straight Buy, and any issues with delivery for reasons out of our control (address provided to us is not accurate, issues within the shipping company, etc.) we are not responsible for shipping delays. We are not responsible for errors made by the shipping carrier, such as delayed items or lost packages. We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to acts that are out of our control, such as epic snowstorms, natural disasters, or any other extraordinary circumstance that causes unforeseen interference with carrier routes. Any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer, with the postal carrier in use.

K. Order Discrepancies

In the case that an item(s) is missing from your shipment, you have received damaged item(s) within your shipment, or wrong item received. You have 3 business days from the delivery date on your tracking number to contact us.

Please contact our returns department by email atOrder@HazeStraightBuy.com. Please provide your Order #, Full Name, Address, Phone Number, a thorough description of the problem.

We will respond to your email within 24 hours. Customer service will issue an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization), a prepaid return label, and further directions on shipping the item(s) back to us. This is sent to the email address on your account for you to print out and affix to your return package.

It is required for the returned product to be returned and must include a Haze Straight Buy issued RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) written on the outside of the package, and properly packaged for safe shipment

Once the item is received and processed, the correct item will be shipped out to you. All wrong items must be returned unopened. If the item is opened, it will not be accepted for return.

We will not accept a return and/or exchange for an item if you have opened the item, tested the item, tampered with the item, etc. This includes items that have been tested and “cleaned”. If we find that the item received is not in new, unused, undamaged, resalable, and in brand new condition, we will notify you and will ship/return the item back to you at your shipping expense only (meaning if you pay the return shipping the item will be returned.) Items received that are not in new, unused, undamaged, resalable, and in brand new condition in which the customer refuses to pay for the return shipping within 30 (thirty) days of us receiving it will be considered abandoned and discarded.

Contacting us after 3 business days from the delivery date on your tracking number are subject to availability and we will do our best to work with you in finding a solution.

L. Canceling and Altering Orders

Cancellation requests must be made within one hour (1 hour) of order via email to Order@hazestraightbuy.com.Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order.

 

M. Refused Orders

If either the customer or shipping carrier refused the packages for any reasons, the cost of shipping is non-refundable. If your order received free shipping, our cost of shipping the order will be deducted from your refund. If a customer refused their package for any other reasons, there will be a 15% restocking fee along with a shipping charge.

N. Sales Tax

We are required to charge sales tax for Texas orders. Tax rates will be calculated at Check Out and will be based on San Antonio, TX sales tax rate. In some cases, sales tax may be applied to shipping costs. These regulations are imposed by both state and local governments.

Any applicable sales & use taxes will be reflected on your order page before you confirm and place your order and will also appear on your Confirmation of Order. These applicable taxes are not stated on the product pages but will be added to the product price after you add the shipping address. The total amount can be reviewed before you confirm your final order.

O. In-Store Pickup

In-Store pickup is offered to all customers with shipping zip codes within a 30-mile radius of our San Antonio, TX store: 6881 Bandera Road San Antonio TX. Local pickup is available Monday through Saturday, 10 AM to 8 PM Central Standard Time (Closed on national U.S.A. holidays and Sundays).

Haze Straight Buy Members– Same day pickup is available for orders placed online.

Non-Members– Orders placed online will take 24 hours to process.

When your order is ready for pickup you will receive an email indicating the status of your order has changed to ‘Awaiting Pickup’. Orders will be held for 3 days, after which they will be cancelled and refunded.

You must bring the following items with you to the store in order for us to process your order: 

  • Your government-issued photo ID
  • Order number

P. Free Trials

Haze Straight Buy may offer free trials to new Membership. If you initiate a Membership through a free trial offer, you will receive free access to such Membership for the duration of the free trial period. At the end of the applicable free trial period, you will be charged the price of the Membership Fee and will continue to be charged until you cancel your Membership. To avoid any charges, you must cancel before the end of the free trial period.

In addition to any other remedies available to it, Haze Straight Buy may in its sole discretion restrict or terminate your account, or cancel or refuse orders for violations of, or abuse of the Haze Straight Buy Terms and Conditions policy.
