My order was declined but it is still showing that I was charged. Why is this?
The charge you see on your account is a pending charge to ensure the funds are available to complete the order, however you are not charged until your order is fulfilled. Generally, this charge is reversed in 24-48 hours of the order being placed if your verification gets declined.

How is my information secured?
The information you provide is used solely to verify your age. AgeChecker.Net never share or sell data to third-parties. Your privacy and security are important to us. Access to all of AgeChecker.Net services is protected with strong 256-bit AES encryption. All personal information is stored on a AgeChecker.Net private internal network that is not connected to the internet. AgeChecker.Net will securely store your date of birth, name, and address so that they can verify you without photo ID if you order again. Photo IDs are not stored; they are deleted as soon as you are verified. Photo IDs are deleted and neither address nor license number are stored in the AgeChecker.Net system.
